How to make waterproof layer for resin tile roof?

If it is a permanent building, we must add a layer of waterproof layer under the synthetic resin ceramic tile if the waterproof requirement is Grade II.

1. Synthetic polymer shall not be less than 1.2 mm,

2. Polymer modification research asphalt waterproof coiled material 3.0mm,

3. Research on the modification of 2.0 mm self-adhesive polyester tire asphalt waterproof building roll,

4. Polymer modified asphalt waterproof coating 3.0 mm,

The method of secondary building waterproof with resin tile can be: roof+waterproof layer+insulation layer+leveling layer or protective layer.

Note: The waterproof roll of drainage ditch and sink shall be 1.2 mm thick synthetic polymer or 3 mm thick polymer modified asphalt waterproof roll.

matters needing attention:

1. The waterproof layer of the coiled material shall meet the drying degree required by the standard (the coiled material can be laid on the horizontal layer and the rolled part without watermark).

2. The coil workshop shall avoid excessive stretching and wrinkling, the exhaust between the base and the coil shall be sufficient, and the exhaust rollers on both sides shall be smooth and firm after use.
