Solution measures for cracking of resin tile roof positive ridge tile

1. The angle of the fittings and the roof do not match, and the construction personnel force screws to fix them.

Method 1: When the roof is steep, use square ridge tile or 120 degree angle, and if the roof angle is not large, use 135 or 150 degree angle.

Method 2: When the angle of the accessories is found to be incorrect during construction, use a hot hair dryer or a dark fire to heat and adjust the angle properly.

2. There is no space left for the main tile at the roof or the space is not enough to cause the expansion and contraction of the main tile below.

Solution: The main tiles on both sides of the roof should have a gap of about 20cm.

3. The screw is fixed too close to the edge of the ridge tile or main tile.

Solution: The fixed position of the screw is more than 10cm from the edge.

4. In some places, when the main tile overlaps and the ridge tile overlaps, there are 4 layers in total. When the main tile is fixed with a screw, the destructive force of thermal expansion and cold contraction is greater.

Solution: staggered overlap, try to ensure that there are only two layers of overlap at the screw fixation.
